Fjuze created and produced a special selection day for the “Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd (IGJ) [Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate] with a beautiful view of Utrecht from the 20th floor. For an afternoon, the candidates were immersed in the work of IGJ through situations rooms and bind auditions. In the situation rooms, the candidates were confronted with a real case, for which they had to write an advisory report in a team. This made it possible to see how the candidates would deal with the work of IGJ, how they work in a team, and what their competencies are. In the blind auditions, the candidates had 1-on-1 conversations with an IGJ-employee, in the dark. The candidate and employee could not see each other, and therefore really got the chance to get to know each other without any (visual) prejudices. The rest of the day consisted of a joint opening and closing with chairman Merijn Doggen, a job market and a delicious dinner.
